ABOUT ME

I'm Alex, a 34 year-old PhD scientist working in chemical procurement and waste management. I was born in England and live in Dublin, Ireland.

Aside from photography, I enjoy running, cycling, and swimming to keep fit, and play video games, knit, and read comics to unwind.

​

Though based in south-eastern Ireland, I travel to the UK a number of times each year. A small number of these trips are for photoshoots or other photography events, e.g. The Photography & Video Show.

I have a keen interest in education, and endeavour to expand my knowledge and use my ability to communicate complex topics to investigate the depths of the analogue world, from testing to education.
